Ground Beef Recipes

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 8 oz pasta optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • If using pasta, add it to the skillet and cook according to package directions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
