Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
If using pasta, add it to the skillet and cook according to package directions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
