Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat.
Add onion, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until onion is softened.
Stir in enchilada sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
