Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, broccoli florets, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake.
