  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts drained and quartered
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook green beans until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine green beans, artichokes, mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
