Grape Salad Recipe

A refreshing and sweet grape salad made with seedless grapes, cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and optional add-ins like chopped pecans or marshmallows. Perfect for potlucks, picnics, or as a light dessert.

  • 4 cups seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.333 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans optional
  • 0.25 cup mini marshmallows optional

Preparation Steps

  • Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove stems if necessary.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the grapes gently to avoid crushing them.
  • If using, stir in chopped pecans and mini marshmallows.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
