Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 13x9 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, breaking them as needed to fill the space.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour butter mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
