Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add ice water, mixing until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
Roll the dough out very thinly on a lightly floured surface. Use a round cookie cutter or a knife to cut out cracker shapes.
Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet. Prick each cracker several times with a fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
