gluten-free cinnamon rolls

Delicious gluten-free cinnamon rolls, perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat. These rolls are soft, fluffy, and bursting with cinnamon flavor.

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add salt, gluten-free flour, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly over the dough.
  • Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
  • Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with icing or cream cheese frosting.
