Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt, gluten-free flour, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle evenly over the dough.
Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 12 rolls.
Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with icing or cream cheese frosting.
