  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.5 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 lemon lemon wedges for serving

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Stir in fresh parsley.
