  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

  • Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
