Instructions
Preparation Steps
Wash all the fruits thoroughly and prepare them by slicing, dicing, or segmenting as needed.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, grapes, banana, apple, and orange.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and ginger (if using) until well combined.
Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
