Fruit Salad Honey Lime

A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad made with a variety of fresh fruits, dressed with a zesty honey lime dressing. Perfect for a light dessert or a healthy snack.

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Wash all the fruits thoroughly and prepare them by slicing, dicing, or segmenting as needed.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, grapes, banana, apple, and orange.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, and ginger (if using) until well combined.
  • Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
