Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
Fill each tortilla with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Fold in half and press down lightly.
In hot oil, fry each filled taco until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
