  • 1 package frozen ravioli cheese or meat-filled
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or Italian seasoned
  • 2 cups oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated, for topping
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Preparation Steps

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Dip ravioli in breadcrumbs to coat. Fry in batches until crisp and golden, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove fried ravioli and drain on paper towels.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to drain the ravioli well after frying to remove excess oil. They can be kept warm in an oven set to low heat if making batches.
