Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Set one portion aside.
Add the marshmallow fluff to the second portion and mix thoroughly until evenly incorporated.
Roll each portion into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Flatten each ball slightly with your palm or the bottom of a glass.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the cookies to set.
Notes
These cookies are best served chilled and make a great no-bake dessert option.
