Firecracker Salmon Recipe

This recipe creates a delicious and spicy salmon dish.

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, and garlic powder.
  • Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour sauce over them.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

Serve immediately with rice or quinoa.
