Firecracker Meatballs

Spicy and savory Firecracker Meatballs perfect for any occasion.

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs preferably Italian style
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra heat, increase the amount of sriracha to taste.
