Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra heat, increase the amount of sriracha to taste.
