- 0.5 cup bread crumbs preferably Italian style
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra heat, increase the amount of sriracha to taste.
