Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the firecracker sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and nearly cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
Pour the firecracker sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving over rice or noodles.
Notes
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal. Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing sriracha and red pepper flakes.
