Ingredients
- 4 pita breads cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts toasted
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pulse the toasted hazelnuts, sesame seeds, ground coriander, ground cumin, and fine salt until the mixture is coarse, not powdery.
Arrange the pita wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle the dukkah evenly over the pita wedges and press gently so the seasoning adheres.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until the pita chips are crisp and golden at the edges.
Cool the chips on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
Keep the dukkah coarse so the toasted nut and sesame texture remains distinct.
Spread the wedges in one layer for even browning.
