Eggnog Jam Recipe

A creamy and delicious eggnog-flavored jam, perfect for spreading on toast or biscuits.

  • 2 cups Eggnog
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 box Powdered Pectin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Preparation Steps

  • In a large saucepan, combine eggnog, sugar, and powdered pectin. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in ground nutmeg. Let cool slightly.
  • Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

Notes

Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
