In a large saucepan, combine eggnog, sugar, and powdered pectin. Stir well to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in ground nutmeg. Let cool slightly.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
