Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground pork over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
Add the sesame oil, coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, ginger, and garlic to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the coleslaw mix is tender-crisp. Stir occasionally.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions, if desired.
