Easy Pumpkin Dessert Delight

A simple and delicious pumpkin dessert that combines the warm flavors of pumpkin with a creamy, spiced filling on a buttery crust. Perfect for fall gatherings or holiday desserts.

  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust store-bought or homemade

Whipped Cream Topping

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack, about 2 hours.
  • While the pie cools, prepare the whipped cream: In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Once the pie is cooled, top with whipped cream before serving.
  • Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature.
