  • 1 lb Egg Noodles Cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Shredded or cubed
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 10.75 oz can
  • 1 cup Milk Any kind
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Divided
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables Thawed
  • 0.5 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper Or to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked egg noodles, chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. You can also add a sprinkle of paprika to the top before baking.
