In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
Place the cubed steak into the crockpot.
Pour the sauce mixture over the steak.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until steak is tender.
Serve hot.

These steak bites are delicious served with mashed potatoes or rice. You can also add your favorite vegetables to the crockpot during the last hour of cooking.
