Crockpot Ham Casserole

A hearty and comforting crockpot ham casserole perfect for a family meal. Easy to prepare and delicious!

  • 0.45 pounds Cooked Ham Diced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 ounce
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Egg Noodles Cooked according to package directions
  • 0.5 cup Crushed Crackers Saltine or Ritz
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted

Preparation Steps

  • In a greased 2-quart slow cooker, combine diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  • Stir in cooked egg noodles and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until heated through.
  • In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Cook uncovered for another 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

This casserole is best served hot. You can also add a pinch of black pepper for extra flavor.
