Preparation Steps
In a greased 2-quart slow cooker, combine diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
Stir in cooked egg noodles and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until heated through.
In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
Cook uncovered for another 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
This casserole is best served hot. You can also add a pinch of black pepper for extra flavor.
