  • 10 oz fresh spinach chopped
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper or to taste

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  • Stir in spinach, artichokes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a Crock-Pot and cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or sliced bread.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your preference. This dip can be prepared ahead of time and reheated when ready to serve.
