Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on the low setting for 4 hours or until fully cooked.
Notes
You can add ketchup or barbecue sauce over the top before serving for added flavor.
