Crock Pot Cowboy Casserole

This hearty Cowboy Casserole is perfect for busy days when you need a comforting dish that cooks itself in the Crock-Pot!

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef lean
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz
  • 15 oz canned corn drained
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground beef until browned.
  • Drain grease and transfer beef to a Crock-Pot. Stir in soup and corn.
  • Top with tater tots and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until tots are crispy.
  • During the last 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and cover until cheese is melted.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding chopped onions or bell peppers when browning the beef.
