  • 1.5 pounds ground beef lean
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes 14.5 oz each
  • 1 can kidney beans 15 oz, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  • Transfer the beef and onions to a Crock-Pot, then add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and chili powder.
  • Cook on low heat for 4 hours.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
