  • 2.5 pounds beef chuck roast trimmed and cut into cubes
  • 1 can beef broth (14.5-ounce)
  • 8 ounces egg noodles uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Place beef in the Crock-Pot and pour beef broth over it. Add salt and pepper.
