Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken strips in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
