  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Preparation Steps

  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip chicken strips in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
