  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Low sodium
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper To taste

Preparation Steps

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
