Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
Return cooked chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
