Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet, tossing to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when cooking the beef.
