Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown pork chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, water, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Add the soup mixture and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use fresh mushrooms and add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
