Cream Cheese Chicken Bake

  • 1.5 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Place chicken in a greased baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken in the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with rice, pasta, or a side salad for a complete meal.
