In a large pot or Dutch oven, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Add the chicken pieces to the boiling broth. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the dumplings. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.
