Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed cornflakes, beaten egg, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish. Sprinkle extra crushed cornflakes on top for a crunchy crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
