Preparation Steps
Combine couscous, water, and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and stir in butter.
