A refreshing and nutritious fruit smoothie made with bananas, berries, yogurt, and honey. Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional, if using fresh fruit

Preparation Steps

  • Add the banana, mixed berries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  • Add ice cubes if using fresh fruit for a colder, thicker smoothie.
  • Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit and less milk. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though best served fresh.
