Christmas Morning Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Bake

  • 0.25 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 0.125 cup Milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 Refrigerated Biscuit Dough cut into quarters

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
  • Place the quartered biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the egg mixture is set.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

This bake is best served warm. You can add other ingredients like diced ham or green onions for extra flavor.
