Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
Place the quartered biscuit pieces evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the egg mixture is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This bake is best served warm. You can add other ingredients like diced ham or green onions for extra flavor.
