Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.

Return the beef to the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and broccoli. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately over steamed rice.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
