Preparation Steps
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

Once the chocolate is smooth and fully melted, stir in the chili powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.

Add the chopped roasted almonds to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.

Spoon clusters of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
Once set, carefully remove the clusters from the parchment paper. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper along with the chili powder. You can also add other nuts like walnuts or pistachios for variety.
