  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 12 ounces fettuccine cooked

Preparation Steps

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
