Chicken Pot Pie Bisquick

A delicious and easy Chicken Pot Pie made with Bisquick, perfect for any family dinner.

  • 2.5 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 large egg beaten

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, and cream of chicken soup. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and egg until well blended. Pour over the chicken mixture in the pie plate.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Notes

Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before serving for best results.
