Chicken Cutlets

Crispy and juicy chicken cutlets, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
