Preparation Steps
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
