This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole is a delicious spin on the classic dish, layered with cheese, ham, and chicken, then topped with a creamy sauce.

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 8 ounces deli ham thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese sliced
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs seasoned
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  • Layer chicken pieces on the bottom of the dish.
  • Layer ham slices over the chicken.
  • Layer Swiss cheese over the ham.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together milk and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the layers in the dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, until breadcrumbs are golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
