Chicken Bacon Ranch Biscuit Cups

  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 0.5 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chicken until fully cooked through.
  • Mix cooked chicken with bacon and ranch dressing in a bowl.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place into muffin tin cups.
  • Fill each biscuit cup with chicken mixture, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
