Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

This Chicken Alfredo Lasagna is a creamy, cheesy twist on the classic pasta dish, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Main Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles no-boil lasagna noodles adjust amount based on pan size
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  • Spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, 1/3 of the shredded chicken, 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/3 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the noodles.
  • Repeat the layers twice, ending with a layer of noodles topped with sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding roasted vegetables such as bell peppers or spinach in between the layers.
