Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, 1/3 of the shredded chicken, 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/3 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the noodles.
Repeat the layers twice, ending with a layer of noodles topped with sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding roasted vegetables such as bell peppers or spinach in between the layers.
