Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls

Crispy egg rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet cherry filling. A delightful dessert!

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling (21 oz)
  • 10 Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture and 2 tablespoons of the cherry pie filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper in, then roll up tightly. Brush with melted butter.
  • Place the egg rolls in an air fryer basket or on a baking sheet. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
