Instructions
Preparation Steps
Combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Gently mix until combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Place meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through.
Stir in mozzarella cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Notes
Serve over pasta or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
