Cheesy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Tender meatballs simmered in a cheesy, flavorful sauce in your slow cooker. Easy and delicious!

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 15 oz Tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Gently mix until combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Place meatballs in the slow cooker. Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until meatballs are cooked through.
  • Stir in mozzarella cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Notes

Serve over pasta or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley.
